We use your details to answer you and nothing else. No marketing, and we do not pass them on. Messages are kept while the enquiry is open and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. See our privacy policy.

Already a customer?

Sign in and use Support inside the app instead. It sends your plan and the page you were on with the message, so we can usually answer without a round of questions first.

Data protection

For a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, choose “a data protection request” above, or email support@filedontime.co.uk. We respond within one month, as our privacy policy sets out.
